A few centuries ago, this house was a tower defending the street that from Pistoia went to Fucecchio and Empoli, rebuild in the XIX century, it was the summer house of the owner, that also built the attached farmers houses.
This house is divided in two floors.
Downstairs the living-dining room, one bathroom with shower, the kitchen and the old sitting room with fireplace.
Upstairs, we have two double bedrooms, one twin bedded room, one single bedroom and the spacious complete bathroom with shower stall.
This house has a big garden in front of the door, a beautiful pergola, with barbeque and the 13 sqm terracce with a fantastic view.
All the forniture inside are original.
